Something is missing or broken inside my box, what should I do?"Do not return the product to the place of purchase. Please contact our customer service team using the 'Contact Us' tab above. Our team can help you by identifying the part that needs to be replaced, and we'll send the replacement parts to your location. Missing parts or parts covered under the warranty will be of no charge to the consumer.

I have just installed my faucet, but there is little to no water pressure. "When installing any new faucet, it is important to remove the aerator and flush the water system. Remove the aerator and run the water for thirty seconds to one minute. Also, ensure that no debris from your piping system has become trapped in the faucet aerator. For pull-down faucets, you will remove the complete spray head. If, for any reason, you are still having difficulty, please contact us through the 'Contact Us' tab above.
